As a respected academic and Clinical Instructor, he helped shape the next generation of dentists while leading university-sponsored outreach initiatives that delivered critical dental care to underserved communities , an early reflection of the integrity and service that continue to define his career.
Committed to continual refinement of his craft, Dr. Cartago pursued advanced clinical training at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry, with focused study in advanced restorative procedures and complex endodontic therapy. Oral and Maxillofacial Oral SurgeonDr. Osmolinski is a highly accomplished Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon whose training and clinical expertise reflect a rare blend of surgical precision, academic excellence, and patient-centered care. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, completed his postgraduate specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center, and finalized his residency at the prestigious Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. His comprehensive medical and dental education provides the foundation for delivering complex surgical care with confidence and clinical mastery.
With 15+ years of clinical experience spanning hundreds of advanced and technically demanding cases, Dr. Osmolinski is recognized for his meticulous technique and commitment to exceptional outcomes. He is an international presenter on implant-supported restorations and is known for achieving superior functional and esthetic results. His scope of practice includes IV sedation and general anesthesia, simple and complex extractions, socket preservation, soft and hard tissue grafting, dental implant placement, biopsy and diagnosis of oral pathology, surgical management of facial trauma and serious infections, orthognathic surgery in coordination with active orthodontic treatment, and comprehensive treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders.

Fardad Tayebaty, D.M.D
EndodontistDr. Tayebaty is a highly trained endodontist with an extensive academic and clinical background. He earned his bachelor's degree in biology from UCLA before completing his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, graduating Magna Cum Laude with High Honors.
Following his dental education, Dr. Tayebaty practiced general dentistry in Boston and later pursued advanced specialty training in endodontics at New York University, where he received his Certificate in Endodontics.
Actively engaged in clinical research, Dr. Tayebaty has contributed to multiple research projects at both Harvard and NYU and has published in respected scientific journals. He is committed to utilizing the latest endodontic technologies to provide comfortable, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
Patients love him as he is able to make any root canal quick and painless. During his free time he enjoys playing soccer, hiking and spending time with his wife and their young son.
