  • The cost of our VIP membership is $49/year and is auto renewed every 12 months.

  • Yes you can! And you can start saving on your dental care on the same day as you sign up.

  • The Perfect Smiles VIP Dental Plan is not dental insurance and is intended for patients without dental insurance. It also cannot be combined with any other dental insurance. Although our plan may occasionally offer greater savings than some insurance benefits, we recommend confirming your coverage with your insurance provider before enrolling.

  • Yes, specialty services such as orthodontics and oral surgery are included in the discount plan.

  • Yes, cosmetic dentistry such as veneers, are included in the discount plan.

  • With the Perfect Smiles VIP Dental Plan, your membership is automatically renewed every 12 months unless you cancel 30 days prior to your renewal date. Please note that the membership fee is non-refundable.

    Prior to your renewal date, we’ll send you a renewal notification email (30 days prior) and a renewal reminder via email (7 days prior).

    To cancel, please email our office and request the cancellation in writing.
